half inch deep cuts on the breast and leg pieces.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Grind the onions, ginger, garlic, green chillies and red chillies. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Add turmeric powder,lemon juice, rice flour and salt into the masala paste.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Apply this mixture thoroughly on the chicken and leave to marinate for 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Heat oil in a shallow pan, add marinated chicken and cook for 2 mins on both sides to seal the exterior.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Reduce heat to medium, cover with a lid and cook for 15 to 20 mins,turning over and basting frequently with the remaining marinade. - for taste&lt;br /&gt;chaat masala powder&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; -1 tsp&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Steps for preparation:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font style="font-family: Verdana;" size="2"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;ol style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Clean the chicken,and make 3 to 4 long deep incisions.apply lemon juice and keep aside.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Grind the ginger and garlic in to a paste.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Chop the green chillies finely.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Roast gram flour in a non-stick pan on low heat,stirring continuously. Cool and mix with curd,ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder,garam masala powder,red chilli powder,salt and chopped green chillies.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Marinate chicken drumsticks in the above mixture and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Cook in a pre-heated oven at 220 degree celcius for 5 mins. Reduce oven temperature to 180 degree celcius and further cook for 15 to 20 mins or till completely cooked.
