Tomato Chutney

Ingredients:
  • Tomato - 2 (cut into 4 pieces)
  • Onion - 1 (cut into 4 pieces)
  • Red chilly - 6
  • Garlic - 3 pieces
  • Bengal gram - 20-30 (in count)
  • Coriander leaves - little amount to taste
  • Coconut - 1 small piece
  • Water - 1/4 glass
  • Oil - 5 teaspoon
  • Mustard -10
  • Cumin (Jeera) - 10 (in count)
  • Fennel - 10 (in count)
  • Curry leaves - 5 (in count)





Steps to prepare:
  1. Take a pan, add 3 teaspoons of oil, tomato, onion, chillies, garlic, bengal gram, coconut and fry it.
  2. After getting half fried, add coriander leaves and fry it & switch off the stove.
  3. After 5 minutes, take a mixer jar and add all the fried items into it and grind it well (add water as per your requirement).
  4. Change the grinded items into a bowl.
  5. Take a little pan and season mustard, cumin, fennel, curry leaves with oil.
  6. Now pour this into the bowl and mix it well.
