Spicy Egg Gravy
- Egg - 2
- Onion - 1 (chopped)
- Tomato - 1 (chopped)
- Garlic - 3 (chopped)
- Curry Leaves - 10
- Oil - 1 tblspoon
- Mustard - 15
- Cumin - 20
- Fennel - 10
- Fenugreek - 5
- Sambar Powder or Chilly Powder - 2 teaspoon
- Salt - 2 teaspoon
- Water - 11/2 glass
Steps to Prepare:
- Take a pan, add oil, mustard, cumin, fennel, enugreek, curry leaves and season it.
- Now add onion, tomatoes, garlic, and fry it well in low flame.
- Now add salt, sambar powder or chilly powder and water into it.
- Now break the shell of the eggs and pour it into it.
- Stir it well for 4-5 minutes.
