Spicy Egg Gravy

Ingredients:
  • Egg - 2
  • Onion - 1 (chopped)
  • Tomato - 1 (chopped)
  • Garlic - 3 (chopped)
  • Curry Leaves - 10
  • Oil - 1 tblspoon
  • Mustard - 15
  • Cumin - 20
  • Fennel - 10
  • Fenugreek - 5
  • Sambar Powder or Chilly Powder - 2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 2 teaspoon
  • Water - 11/2 glass






Steps to Prepare:
  1. Take a pan, add oil, mustard, cumin, fennel, enugreek, curry leaves and season it.
  2. Now add onion, tomatoes, garlic, and fry it well in low flame.
  3. Now add salt, sambar powder or chilly powder and water into it.
  4. Now break the shell of the eggs and pour it into it.
  5. Stir it well for 4-5 minutes.
Serve it hot with Idly, Dosa and Roti.
