Potato Fry
- Potato - 2 (Chopped)
- Oil - 1 tblspoon
- Chilly powder - 2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
Steps to Prepare:
- Take a Kadaai or pan, add oil, potatoes and fry it. Fry in a low flame.
- After 1 minute, add chilly powder, salt and fry it for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Switch of the stove,after getting well roasted.
This can go well with curd rice, coconut rice and so on.
