Potato Fry

Ingredients:

  • Potato - 2 (Chopped)
  • Oil - 1 tblspoon
  • Chilly powder - 2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon






Steps to Prepare:

  1. Take a Kadaai or pan, add oil, potatoes and fry it. Fry in a low flame.
  2. After 1 minute, add chilly powder, salt and fry it for 10 - 15 minutes.
  3. Switch of the stove,after getting well roasted.

This can go well with curd rice, coconut rice and so on.
