Coconut Ghee rice
Ingredients:
- Cooked Rice - 2 cup
- Coconut - 1/2 (grated)
- Onion - 1 (chopped)
- Garlic - 5 (in count, chopped)
- Red Chilly - 4 (sliced)
- Oil - 1 tblspoon
- Ghee - 5 teaspoon
- Mustard - 15
- Cumin - 20
- Fennel - 10
- Cashewnut - 5
- Clove - 3
- Bay leaf - 1
- Cinnamon - 1
- Curry leaves - 10
- Coriander leaves -to garnish
- Salt - to taste
- Take the Cooked rice in a bowl and keep it seperate.
- Take a pan, add oil, ghee, mustard,cumin, fennel, cashewnut, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, onion, garlic, chillies, curry leaves and salt. Fry it well.
- Now add the grated coconut and coriander leaves in it.Fry it for 1 minute.
- Now add all these fried contents into the rice bowl and mix it well
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
This goes well with Fried Potatoes, Fried Gobi and so on.
