Coconut Ghee rice

Ingredients:
  • Cooked Rice - 2 cup
  • Coconut - 1/2 (grated)
  • Onion - 1 (chopped)
  • Garlic - 5 (in count, chopped)
  • Red Chilly - 4 (sliced)
  • Oil - 1 tblspoon
  • Ghee - 5 teaspoon
  • Mustard - 15
  • Cumin - 20
  • Fennel - 10
  • Cashewnut - 5
  • Clove - 3
  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Cinnamon - 1
  • Curry leaves - 10
  • Coriander leaves -to garnish
  • Salt - to taste






Steps to prepare:
  1. Take the Cooked rice in a bowl and keep it seperate.
  2. Take a pan, add oil, ghee, mustard,cumin, fennel, cashewnut, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, onion, garlic, chillies, curry leaves and salt. Fry it well.
  3. Now add the grated coconut and coriander leaves in it.Fry it for 1 minute.
  4. Now add all these fried contents into the rice bowl and mix it well
  5. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
This goes well with Fried Potatoes, Fried Gobi and so on.
